Realtor.com has just come out with its list of 50 Hottest ZIPs, and 43214 in Columbus made number 23!
Millennials are noted in the Realtor.com article as “a key factor turning up the heat in America’s hottest housing markets.” With large numbers of millennials coming on to the housing market, they play a big role in determining the hottest ZIP codes. Strong job markets and steady salaries are what make the hottest ZIP codes attractive to millennials, who have purchasing power in these popular ZIPs.
Realtor.com ranked their list based on how long it takes properties to sell and how often homes for sale are viewed in each ZIP code.

According to Realtor.com, the 43214 zip code has a median listing price of $237,000, a median price per square foot of $151, and a median closing price of $245,000.
