What To Expect

The Day-To-Day Activities That Will Help You Build Your Business

• Stay informed about the local areas. Be ready to answer questions buyers may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
• Create purchase offer paperwork for buyers
• Consult clients on market conditions
• Effectively negotiate on the client’s behalf
• Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Build YOUR business through inbound and outbound lead generation techniques
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
• Hold Buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs.
• Attend WEEKLY team sales and accountability meetings.

Compensation

$50,000 – $150,000

Your success in real estate depends a great deal on what you’re willing to put into it.
