Realtor.com based their list on homes that got lots of clicks on their website and how quickly homes are selling. The hottest markets on their list received 1.6 to 2.7 times the number of views per listing compared to the average U.S. listing.

In fact, home showing activity in the Columbus area increased by 12% in April.
According to the most recent Housing Market Confidence Index by the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, 100% of Central Ohio REALTORS® describe the current housing market in their area as moderate to strong and 98% said they expect home prices to rise over the next year.
