I’m excited to announce that I’ve made the change to eXp Realty. Even though I thought I would never leave Keller Williams, I’m not one to stay stagnant either. When I explored the opportunities and offerings of eXp Realty, I couldn’t pass it up.
I’ve Moved To Help You Move
Just recently while going out to dinner with my 92-year-old mother-in-law, she mentioned, “I hear you’re working for another company”. I said, “that is correct but I’m not working for them, I’m working for myself and, more importantly, for my clients.” That’s why I felt it was important to make this difficult change.
So… Why eXp Realty?
First, there are no brick and mortar offices. I currently work out of my home
anyway and would prefer to meet you at your kitchen table or, if you’re a buyer, at someone else’s kitchen table. Additionally, isn’t it more comfortable to meet at a coffee shop rather than an office? eXp Realty has been compared to the Netflix of the Blockbuster, with no unnecessary overhead costs.
Second, I’m not getting any younger so I need to think of my retirement. I can own stock in the fastest growing real estate company in North America. It is the only real estate company where I can buy into the business and become a shareholder.
Third, eXp Realty is agent-centric yet client-focused real estate brokerage that helps agents utilize state of the art tools to be more efficient and grow their businesses. It is quoted as one of the “most innovative real estate companies in the world” by Inman News.
